The facility provides an excellent teaching environment with resident support and advanced diagnostic technology, serving as a critical healthcare provider in the metropolitan Detroit area.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Diagnostic Radiologist
Job Details:
• Remote ED overnight coverage (11p-7a EST)
• 2-3 weeks of coverage needed per month (minimum 7 shifts per month)
• Will consider candidates that can cover 1 week per month
• Work alongside 2-3 residents overnight
• Average 80-120 ED cases per 8-hour shift
• Resident teaching is required
• Case logs required with bid submission
• Clean malpractice history required
• NPDB report (within last 30 days) must be submitted with bid
• Current Michigan medical license required
• Board certification required
• DEA waiver required (DEA license not needed for remote work)
• BLS not required if working remotely
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90-120 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
