About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum assignment at a well-established hospital in Richmond, Indiana. This is a fully onsite position focused primarily on ER STAT reads and diagnostic interpretations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment alongside a collaborative radiology team.
Candidate Requirements

Active Indiana license or IMLC eligibility

Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be certified within 5 years of residency)

Minimum of 2 years post-training experience preferred

BLS certification required

Job Responsibilities
- Interpret plain films and CT scans, focusing primarily on ER STAT reads.
- Optionally read Ultrasound or MRI (not required).
- Perform high-quality and timely image interpretations (approximately 50–90 exams/day).
- Utilize GE PACS with Powerscribe dictation and Epic EMR.
- Collaborate with 1–3 other radiologists onsite.
- No procedures, fluoro, or mammography required.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana license or IMLC eligibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be certified within 5 years of residency)
- Minimum of 2 years post-training experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch; 8.5 hours/day, OT after 4 PM)
- No call, no weekends
- Onsite only – not remote
- Orientation: Required in person, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, preferably the Friday before the start date (or within two weeks before).
