Opportunity:
Board Certified - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Position involves 1-2 weeks per month on-site providing light interventional radiology services • Daily volume of 90-100 cases with 60-70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift • Work settings include hospital-based, on-site radiology • Utilize multiple modalities including X-ray, CT, MR, and Fluoroscopy • Perform a variety of light IR procedures including biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, renal, CT guided, US guided) • Conduct drainage procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainages, chest tube placement, and cyst drainage • Perform diagnostic lumbar punctures and myelograms • Administer joint injections for knee, elbow, hip, ankle, and shoulder • Read emergency radiology studies and fluoroscopy cases • Must maintain active Pennsylvania medical license (required) • Board certification in radiology required • Valid DEA registration required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
