This Diagnostic Radiology assignment offers a weekday-only schedule focused on diagnostic reads with light IR coverage in a hospital-based setting. The structure is designed for physicians seeking steady ongoing work without call or weekend responsibilities.
Highlights:
- No call or weekend coverage
- Diagnostic Radiology with light IR responsibilities
- Open to rotating block coverage models

Practice & Cases:
- Inpatient hospital-based Radiology coverage
- Light IR procedures including lumbar punctures and paracentesis
- Diagnostic reads include CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and X-ray
- Non-trauma center with full hospital support staff
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
- Ongoing long-term locums need
- Open to multiple physicians sharing coverage
- One week per month coverage structure available
Requirements:
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- Active North Carolina license required
- BLS certification required
