Facility in Washington, PA seeking TeleRadiology locums coverage
Rates: $450/hr
Opportunity Highlights

Remote Work: This is a 100% remote teleradiology. Facility will provide a workstation that will be shipped to your home.

Consistent Schedule: We are looking for 1-2 providers who can consistently provide up to 14 weeks per year of services to help fill the schedule around vacation and holiday periods. The need is expected to last 1-2 years or more.

Flexible Reading Options: You can choose from two rotations, which you must specify in your presentation:

Rotation 1 (8 AM - 4 PM): Read 30-35 CT exams (outpatient/inpatient only, no ER), 15 MRI outpatient exams, and 30-35 general X-rays.

Rotation 2 (7 AM - 4 PM): Focus on only CT reads, with a volume of 50-55 exams (a combination of outpatient, inpatient, and ER).

Diverse Case Mix: You'll be reading a variety of CT, General Radiology (X-Ray/Plain Films), MRI, and Ultrasound exams. The cases are from a community hospital and include low-level trauma. Approximately 5 oncology studies are included in the overall volume.

EMR/PACS Systems: You will receive training on the Philips Enterprise 4.7 PACS and Workflow Orchestrator for your worklist, and Fluency for the dictation system.

Supportive Environment: You will work solo but have access to a Radiology Informatics team for IT support, clerical staff to assist with critical results, and the ability to consult with three other radiologists during your shifts.

Quick Privileging: The estimated time to secure Emergency Privileges is only 30 days.
Responsibilities

Read a high volume of exams, including CT, MRI, and general X-rays, based on your chosen rotation.

Read ER cases, which are all defaulted to STAT.

Call clinicians to report critical results.
Provider Requirements

Board Status: Board-Certified in Radiology is required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Licensure: An active Pennsylvania State License is required. We will consider an IMLC.

Skills: You must be able to read all modalities and be able to read ED cases. You must submit a modality checklist and a list of all modalities you can and cannot read upon presentation.
