Client is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to join its established, physician-owned and physician-led regional practice serving Florida's Space Coast.
This position provides primary coverage for PET/CT and nuclear medicine, while allowing physicians to maintain clinical variety through participation in a broader diagnostic imaging case mix.
For physicians who are Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology, there is also an opportunity to perform basic interventional procedures based on experience, training, and interest.
The practice structure is designed to make nuclear medicine a true clinical priority without sacrificing flexibility, collaboration, and professional variety.

Job Responsibilities
Interpret PET/CT and the full range of nuclear medicine studies performed within the practice.
Provide specialty expertise and consultation to referring physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Participate in broader diagnostic imaging coverage as appropriate, which may include:
CT
MRI
Ultrasound
Radiography
Fluoroscopy
Perform basic interventional radiology procedures when appropriately trained and experienced, interested in doing so, and Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
Collaborate with diagnostic radiologists, referring physicians, technologists, hospital teams, and other clinical professionals.
Maintain appropriate documentation, quality, safety, and regulatory standards for nuclear medicine practice.
Participate in internal moonlighting or voluntary additional coverage when eligible and desired.
Qualifications
Required:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with Nuclear Medicine fellowship training, and/or Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine through a Nuclear Medicine residency pathway.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Florida medical license.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Existing and active Authorized User status on a valid Radioactive Materials License.
Experience interpreting PET/CT and a broad range of nuclear medicine examinations.
Diagnostic Radiology Board Certification for physicians interested in basic interventional procedures.
Current residents and fellows completing the required training pathway are encouraged to apply.
