Position: Nuclear Medicine Radiologist
Assignment: Locum Tenens
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Coverage: As Needed | Potentially 1 Week per Month

We are seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Radiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Philadelphia. The physician will provide nuclear medicine and PET interpretation in a hospital-based academic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Nuclear Medicine and PET coverage.
• Interpret approximately:
  • 20–30 Nuclear Medicine studies
  • 10–15 PET studies
• Review and interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the radiology and clinical teams.
• Complete timely documentation and reporting.
• Utilize Sectra Radiology PACS for image review.
• Use PowerScribe for dictation.
• Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• Experience interpreting Nuclear Medicine and PET studies required.
• Strong knowledge of Nuclear Medicine imaging and PET interpretation.
• Prior locum/travel experience preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• 8-hour clinical day
• Coverage is as needed based on scheduling.
• Potential for approximately 1 week of coverage per month.
