We are seeking a Neuroradiologist for a remote (teleradiology) locum tenens position supporting a medical center in Charleston, West Virginia. The role involves reading complex inpatient, outpatient, and STAT neuro and ER cases. This is a fully remote, ongoing PRN opportunity. Please see below for more information.
- Fully remote teleradiology
- Read complex inpatient, outpatient, and STAT neuro and ER exams; ability to read CT abdomen, pelvis, and chest as needed
- Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US
- Case mix approximately 50% neuro, 50% ER; 90-100 reads per 8-hour shift
- PACS: Fuji; Dictation: PowerScribe; EMR: Cerner
- Ongoing contract; remote providers must be credentialed at a minimum of 2 facilities
Job Responsibilities
- Read ER cases and, as needed, CT abdomen, pelvis, and chest
- Interpret XR, CT, MR, and US modalities
- Complete approximately 90-100 reads per 8-hour shift
- Maintain productivity of approximately 70 wRVUs per shift
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
- Ability to read XR, CT, MR, and US
- Must be credentialed at a minimum of 2 facilities (remote)
- Active state license (client will assist with licensing if provider already holds a usable license)
