Neuroradiologist Opportunity | Delaware | $800K+ Earning Potential

Location: Delaware | Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient | EMR: EPIC | Schedule: Monday – Friday

This is a rare opportunity for a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join a highly subspecialized, neuro-dominant practice spanning Delaware and Pennsylvania. With over 90% neuro diagnostic work — reading neuro CTs and MRs — you will spend your time doing exactly what you trained for, in a well-supported, collegial environment with some of the most competitive compensation in the specialty.

Compensation & Benefits

This opportunity offers one of the most compelling compensation structures in neuroradiology today:

  • Base salary: up to $635,000 depending on experience
  • RVU productivity bonus — uncapped: total compensation can exceed $800,000
  • Annual earning potential: $700,000 – $800,000+ based on experience and productivity
  • Sign-on bonus: $40,000
  • Relocation assistance provided
  • Value-Based Incentive & Education Stipend
  • PTO: 344 hours (~8.5 weeks) annually

This is a subspecialized, neuro-focused practice with a clear clinical identity and a schedule built around sustainability:

  • Over 90% neuro diagnostic work — neuro CTs and MRs are the bread and butter of this practice
  • Inpatient and outpatient coverage across both Delaware and Pennsylvania
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Procedures: Lumbar punctures and myelograms only — a focused, manageable procedural scope
  • Call: Every 6–7 weeks covering CT & MR studies on Saturday and Sunday — covered at home
  • EPIC EMR

Requirements

  • Full Neuroradiology fellowship required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be scheduled to take boards)
