TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologist with Interventional Radiology training for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity in Columbus, Nebraska. This position offers a three-week rotation, a strong imaging infrastructure, and a competitive compensation package.

Schedule: Three-week rotating schedule, with every third week off
Schedule & Coverage
Week 1 – Columbus: On-site weekday daytime coverage, with weekend remote home call. Evening and overnight coverage is provided by an external teleradiology service.
Week 2 – Regional Coverage: Review outside imaging studies from affiliated regional clinics. Occasional travel to nearby locations, including Schuyler and David City (approximately 15 minutes away), may be needed for image interpretation or procedural support.
Week 3 – Off: Scheduled week off.
Schedule flexibility may be considered based on physician preferences, departmental needs, and hospital approval. Potential adjustments may include modified hours, redistributed call, or remote support.
Clinical Responsibilities & Volume
Interpret a mix of emergency, inpatient, and outpatient imaging studies.
Provide interventional radiology procedures and procedural support.
Review imaging studies from regional clinics.
Annual volume per radiologist is approximately 17,500 studies and 13,200 wRVUs, averaging 1,450 studies and 1,100 wRVUs monthly.

AI-supported imaging tools
EMR: Paragon
Imaging equipment includes two CT scanners, five ultrasound units, MRI and wide-bore MRI, nuclear medicine, bone densitometry, X-ray, fluoroscopy, 3D mammography, PET, and interventional radiology capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $775,000
wRVU Threshold: 11,250
Productivity Rate: $78 per wRVU above the threshold
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
CME Allowance: Up to $10,000
Comprehensive benefits package
Every third week off as part of the rotation
