--Scope: General IR & Interventional Oncology (vascular access, biopsies, TACE, ablation, potential Y-90, arterial/venous/GI/GU/MSK). PAD preferred but not required.
--Board Certified Diagnostic + IR Fellowship
--Active Illinois license/IMLC, DEA, and CSR
