A physician-owned and physician-led specialty medical group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join its established regional practice along Florida’s Space Coast.

This opportunity offers both full-time and locum options for physicians seeking a comprehensive clinical interventional radiology practice with procedural variety, dedicated procedure time, inpatient consultation responsibilities, outpatient clinic continuity, and long-term patient relationships.

The successful candidate will join a stable physician-led organization supporting a regional healthcare network while having the opportunity to expand IR services, introduce new procedures, and help shape the future of interventional radiology care.

This position is ideal for a physician who values clinical autonomy, procedural breadth, collaboration, and building a meaningful long-term practice.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive interventional radiology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Perform vascular, nonvascular, oncologic, and musculoskeletal/spine interventions based on training and credentialing.
Manage a diverse procedural scope, including:
Arterial interventions
Venous interventions
Pulmonary embolism interventions
Embolization procedures
Complex central venous reconstruction
Interventional oncology procedures
Tissue ablation
Musculoskeletal and spine interventions
Provide inpatient IR consultations and treatment recommendations.
Maintain outpatient IR clinic responsibilities with longitudinal patient follow-up.
Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate peri-procedural care.
Collaborate with referring physicians, hospital teams, and multidisciplinary providers.
Ensure appropriate patient selection, procedural planning, and follow-up care.
Help expand existing IR capabilities and develop new service lines.
Participate in additional coverage opportunities or internal moonlighting when desired.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.
Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
Appropriate interventional radiology procedural training.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare teams.
Current fellows completing required training pathways are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a broad IR procedural portfolio.
Interest in developing new IR services and procedures.
Experience with outpatient IR clinic models.
Strong interest in long-term community-based practice.
Ability to balance procedural care with patient consultation and follow-up.
