Job description

Job description

What if your next IR position gave you more than procedures to perform—it gave you a voice in what the program becomes?

Join a thriving physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty practice on Florida’s Space Coast, where Interventional Radiologists have the opportunity to practice comprehensive IR, develop meaningful longitudinal patient relationships, and help expand the procedures and service lines offered throughout a growing regional healthcare system.

This is an opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist who wants procedural diversity without being boxed into a narrow role. The practice encompasses vascular intervention, embolization, interventional oncology, ablation, complex venous reconstruction, PE intervention, and musculoskeletal/spine procedures—with dedicated procedural time and a stable, growing referral base.

Most importantly, this is a physician-led environment that is open to new ideas, new procedures and new service lines.

If you have ever thought, “I know how I would build an IR practice if physicians actually had a say,” this opportunity deserves your attention.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join an established multispecialty, physician-owned practice serving Florida’s Coast.

The position combines a sophisticated procedural practice with inpatient consultation, outpatient clinical care and the opportunity to participate in the continued growth of IR services.

This is not simply a procedural coverage position. The practice offers a full inpatient clinical service and outpatient clinic, allowing physicians to consult, treat and follow patients longitudinally.

The practice is specifically open to expanding its procedural capabilities, giving the incoming physician an opportunity to bring new skills, interests and ideas to the group.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

A competitive compensation and benefits package includes:

  • Competitive physician compensation
  • Additional earning opportunities through voluntary extra coverage
  • Internal moonlighting opportunities
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Guaranteed 401(k) employer contributions
  • Paid time off
  • CME allowance
  • Malpractice coverage
  • Licensing and credentialing support
  • Relocation assistance, when applicable

Physicians enjoy:

  • Miles of beautiful Atlantic beaches
  • Year-round boating, fishing, paddleboarding, surfing and golf
  • Waterfront living options
  • Family-friendly communities
  • Strong public and private school options
  • Growing culinary, arts and cultural scenes
  • Convenient access to Melbourne Orlando International Airport
  • Approximately one hour to Orlando's theme parks, entertainment and professional sports
  • No Florida state income tax

And then there's something few other physician opportunities can offer:

Rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral regularly light up the coastline.

You can finish your workday, head toward the water and watch the next launch from the beach.

We are a physician-owned and operated, community-based multispecialty organization consisting of more than 250 physicians and advanced practice providers.

The organization provides integrated services across anesthesiology, emergency medicine and radiology with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
