Interventional Radiology – Locum Tenens

Coverage Need: Urgent / Immediate
Position Highlights
Bread-and-butter Interventional Radiology cases
Average 4–7 procedures per day, depending on volume
PA support available for fluoroscopy and related procedures
Radiology Director will work with the provider to develop a schedule based on experience and comfort level
Opportunity to become credentialed at both health systems
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weeknight call is optional
Cases extending beyond 5:00 PM are compensated at the applicable hourly rate
Light call volume:
Approximately 2 callbacks per weeknight call rotation
Only a few callbacks over an entire weekend
Call & Compensation
Regular Rate: $485/hour
Weekday Call-Back: $530/hour
Weekend Call-Back: $530/hour
24-Hour Weekend Beeper Call: $1,800/day
Includes 1 hour of callback time
Coverage & Credentialing
Urgent need for September coverage
Emergency privileges may be available when appropriate to expedite onboarding
Providers can be credentialed at both health systems, providing flexibility to:
Work across multiple locations
Evaluate both practice environments
Pick up additional shifts at their preferred facility
