Are you a Vascular and Interventional Radiology physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in New Mexico might be the perfect fit for you!
Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Night call: 5:30PM-9:00AM; Weekend call: 8:00AM-8:00AM (August through December, except Aug 8-9, Aug 15-16, Sep 20, and Oct 24-25). Day coverage (9:00AM-5:30PM): Oct 28, 29, 30; Nov 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30; Dec 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28. Primary need is weekend coverage; additional days to cover PTO may also arise.
- Job Setting: Inpatient
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Call Details: Beeper call; 30-minute response time required; call ratio 1:1; phone consults 3-5 per shift; patients seen 0-5 per shift
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum
- Certifications: BLS required
- Licensure: Must be licensed in New Mexico only (IMLC not accepted)
- Fellowship: Required (2 years)
- Credentialing: Estimated 30 days; temporary privileges available
