Locums Interventional Radiology Physician in Cooperstown, New York - No Call, Low Volume
Focus primarily on interventional radiology with a manageable daily patient volume, weekday-only onsite coverage, and no call responsibilities.
Highlights
- No call responsibilities
- Approximately 5-8 patients per day
- Interventional-heavy workload
Practice & Cases
- Inpatient coverage alongside other interventional and diagnostic radiologists
- Approximately 60 percent interventional and 40 percent diagnostic radiology
- Biopsies, drainages, tube and line placements, nephrostomies, and biliary drainages
- Diagnostic interpretation includes X-ray, CT, and ultrasound
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Eight-hour workdays with a lunch break
- Daytime onsite coverage
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board certification in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology required
- Active New York medical license required
- ACLS and BLS required
