Schedule:

• Orientation: August 12 (8AM–3PM)
• Coverage: August 13 (8AM) – August 18 (8AM)
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Call: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend: 24-hour call
• Average procedures per day shift: 10–15

Compensation:

• Daily Rate: $4,800–$5,000
• Malpractice included in all rates
• Average callback hours — Weekday: 2.5 hrs | Weekend: 1.3 hrs
• Travel & Lodging: Included

Required Procedures (candidate must have experience with all):

• Diagnostic & therapeutic vascular intervention (angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, embolization)
• Vascular access devices, PICCs, central lines, port-a-cath insertions
• IVC filters, TIPS
• Percutaneous needle biopsies (above & below diaphragm, bone)
• Aspiration/drainage procedures, abscess drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis
• Biliary & renal extractions
• Myelography, blood patch, joint/epidural injections
• Vertebroplasty, arthrograms, chest tube insertion
• Uterine artery embolization, Liver Y90/TACE
• Gastrostomy tube insertion
• Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion
• Renal fistulograms, cryoablation

Preferred (not required): Neuro stroke thrombectomy

Credentialing:

• Timeframe: 60–90 days
• ND license required prior to start

Requirements — All of the Following Must Be Met:

• Board certified
• Active ND license (highly preferred) or IMLC (required if no ND license)
• IR residency or fellowship
• ACLS & BLS
• Clean malpractice history (highly preferred)
• Available at time of name clear
• Procedure list must be completed with Yes/No responses confirming experience with all required procedures
