Leadership role
Lead the development and growth of a new Outpatient-focused Interventional Radiology service line.
This is a central role in expanding MIS procedural offerings across the organization.
Shape clinical protocols, establish operational workflows, and be a foundational leader.
Monday through Friday
No weekends
No Call
Majority of their procedures are done at their two ASCs – both have MIS
Payor mix is 85% commercial insurance
Strong Base salary and tiered bonus structure base on collections
Partnership potential after 2 years
Option to buy into the ASC
They are majority owners and management of both ASCs

Initial development of the Interventional Radiology program will center around:

- Musculoskeletal Embolization
- Development of minimally invasive treatment options for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with close integration into orthopedic and rehabilitation pathways.
- Advanced Venous Interventions
Expansion of comprehensive venous care through advanced image-guided procedures and longitudinal vascular management.
-Peripheral Endovascular Interventions.
-Development of outpatient arterial intervention capabilities focused on comprehensive lower extremity care. 
-Collaborate closely with existing specialists to establish coordinated care pathways and optimize patient access across service lines.

Clinical Care
• Perform image-guided minimally invasive procedures in outpatient procedural settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients longitudinally
• Deliver high-quality procedural and peri-procedural care
• Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination

Program Development
• Assist in building and scaling the Interventional Radiology division
• Develop clinical protocols and patient selection pathways
• Support procedural growth initiatives
• Participate in operational and strategic planning

Leadership
• Serve as a physician leader within the organization
• Collaborate across departments to improve patient access and outcomes
• Support physician education and service line development
• Contribute to quality improvement and innovation initiatives
