An independent, physician-owned radiology group in West Tennessee is adding an IR with a true path to ownership: partnership in just one year, with partner earnings averaging close to $1.2M. You'll practice full-spectrum IR, with your own dedicated OBL and clinic, a strong referral base, and a clinical team built around you.

Your Practice

• Independent private group covering multiple hospitals and outpatient sites, including a dedicated IR clinic/OBL
• Full-spectrum IR: PAD, oncology interventions, dialysis access, venous disease, embolizations, biopsies, stroke thrombectomy, and PE interventions
• Ramp-up of 6-12 months with dedicated backup, so new grads and experienced IRs both start with confidence

Your Week

• 1-2 hospital IR/call shifts
• 1 lighter outpatient hospital procedure day
• 1 dedicated IR clinic/OBL day
• Optional vascular imaging shift, remote or in-clinic, for a break from radiation exposure

Call

• 1:5 rotation covering IR and stroke intervention, about one weeknight per week
• Weekend call (Fri-Sun) rotates evenly: lighter Fri/Sat daytime with overnight call, and Sunday for emergencies only

Compensation & Benefits

• $750,000 base guarantee (year 1) + $2,000 per call shift
• $100,000 total sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance
• Partner earnings averaging close to $1.2M

• $3,000 CME (partner-track)

What We're Looking For

• MD/DO, BE/BC in Interventional Radiology
• Comfort with full-spectrum IR, including stroke and emergent coverage on call
• New grads and experienced physicians welcome
• Visa sponsorship is not available
