Job description • We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist (MD/DO) to serve as the Founding Clinical Leader of a state-of-the-art Office-Based Lab (OBL).
• This unique opportunity allows physicians to transition from traditional hospital-based practice into a leadership-driven outpatient model focused on high-quality, minimally invasive care.
• The role combines advanced clinical practice with program development, offering the chance to build and expand a new interventional platform while improving patient outcomes and access to care.
• Physicians will play a key role in shaping clinical protocols, building referral networks, and driving the growth of innovative interventional programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Clinical Care
• Perform image-guided endovascular procedures including venous ablations, embolization, and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) treatments
• Diagnose and treat conditions related to vascular disease, mobility limitations, and chronic pain
• Conduct musculoskeletal arteriograms and other interventional radiology procedures
• Provide comprehensive patient care including pre- and post-procedure management

• Patient Experience & Quality
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, care quality, and clinical outcomes
• Provide follow-up care and continuity for all treated patients
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for procedures and billing

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven experience performing image-guided endovascular procedures
• Strong interest in outpatient and office-based interventional care
• Growth-oriented mindset with interest in emerging techniques (e.g., TAME)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule: Part-time (1–2 days per week) or Full-Time
• No traditional hospital on-call requirements
• Focus on outpatient procedural care

• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
• Leadership and program development capabilities
