• Office Equipment Available: Interventional Radiology equipment for dialysis access procedures
• Support Staff Available: Radiology Technicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage

• Licenses: Active CA license required
• Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Prior experience in interventional radiology procedures required
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with outpatient procedural workflow
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform interventional radiology procedures in an outpatient setting
• Manage dialysis access cases including catheter and fistula interventions
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR system
• Adhere to facility protocols and quality standards
