Position Overview
We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to support hospital-based interventional radiology services for our Florida partners. This role offers a structured clinical schedule with opportunities for both full-time and part-time coverage, providing a balanced blend of in-person collaboration and clinical flexibility. The ideal candidate possesses strong interventional radiology expertise, is comfortable with hospital-based workflows, and can deliver high-quality patient care consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret image-guided interventional radiology procedures and related diagnostic imaging studies
- Evaluate patients, review imaging and clinical information, and develop appropriate procedural plans
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Utilize the hospital’s EMR and imaging systems for documentation, communication, and clinical workflow
- Participate in peer review, QA initiatives, and departmental meetings
- Provide consultative insights and recommendations to referring providers
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Interventional Radiology training program
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong experience in interventional radiology procedures and hospital-based workflows
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
Compensation
- Compensation is RVU-based and aligned with coverage commitment, employment classification, and annual workload expectations. Final compensation is determined by coverage level, RVU productivity, and approved scheduling model.
