Situated in the vibrant historical downtown Charleston low country, our medical center provides a comprehensive array of primary and specialty health services. Our dedicated teams are focused on enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through compassionate and innovative care.
Job Responsibilities
Advanced Procedures: Engage in a broad range of image-guided interventions, such as Y-90 radioembolization, prostate artery embolization, and endovascular management of peripheral arterial disease, as well as spinal procedures, biopsies, drainages, and more.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively participate in our facility's weekly vascular conference, genitourinary tumor board, and liver/ GI tumor board to foster a comprehensive approach to patient care. Collaborate with leading specialists in the fields of oncology, surgery, and vascular medicine.
Call Coverage: 1:4 weeks, complemented by resident call support.
Academic Affiliations: We have an affiliation with the Medical University of South Carolina, offering academic appointments and resident teaching opportunities. Benefit from a teaching-friendly environment that encourages mentorship and professional development.
