Breast Radiologist – Southwest Florida

Long-Term Locums or Full-Time 1099

Emergency Solutions is recruiting an experienced Breast Radiologist for a long-term opportunity with a hospital in Southwest Florida.

We are open to physicians interested in either a long-term locums assignment or a full-time 1099 independent contractor position.

Schedule

• 2–3 days per week onsite
• 8-hour clinical days
• Long-term opportunity
• Schedule structured around breast imaging and procedural coverage
• Travel and lodging provided/reimbursed for both long-term locums and full-time physicians
• Travel time and travel days are not compensated clinical days

Compensation

• $4,000 per 8-hour onsite clinical day
• First 50 wRVUs per clinical day included in the guaranteed daily rate
• $45 per wRVU above 50 wRVUs per clinical day
• Travel and lodging provided/reimbursed in addition to compensation

Full-Time 1099 Physician Package

Physicians who commit to the full-time position are also eligible for:

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $30,000 Relocation Allowance
• $80,000 Total Sign-On & Relocation Package
• 3% annual COLA applied to the clinical daily rate beginning on the first anniversary
• Travel and lodging provided/reimbursed as needed

Estimated Annual Clinical Compensation

• 2 days/week: Approximately $416,000/year
• 3 days/week: Approximately $624,000/year
• Additional wRVU productivity compensation available

Malpractice

• $1 million per claim / $3 million aggregate
• Professional liability coverage provided/paid
• Tail coverage provided/paid

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Breast Radiologist seeking a stable, long-term relationship with a Southwest Florida hospital while maintaining an attractive 2–3 day-per-week onsite schedule.

A separate compensated Medical Director opportunity is available for qualified physicians interested in leadership.
