Aya Locums is seeking a Mammography/Breast Imaging Radiologist for a locums opportunity in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This is a full-time weekday opportunity offering consistent daytime hours, no call, and the option to extend.
Schedule & Coverage:
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 5x8-hour shifts
- No call
- Approximately 13-week initial assignment
- Option to extend
- Coverage across breast care locations in the St. Louis area
Breast Imaging & Procedures:
- Screening mammography
- Diagnostic mammography
- Breast ultrasound
- Breast MRI
- Breast procedures
- Stereotactic breast cases
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Nurse navigator support
Systems & Practice Details:
- Breast imaging/radiology setting
- Epic EMR
- PACS
- PowerScribe
- DynaCAD
- Patient volume varies by location
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Breast Imaging Fellowship highly preferred
- 1–2 years of experience
- Missouri license or IMLC accepted
- BLS required
- Missouri DEA and BNDD required
- Breast imaging experience required
- Recent CME and case logs must be available for credentialing
- Approximately 60-day credentialing timeframe
