Diagnostic and Mammo (onsite)– Ohio – Compact State
- Location: Ohio (must be onsite)
- Duration: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: 4 days/week from Monday-Thursday every other week or 2 days per week every week (Provider can choose which days from M-TH, Fridays are not needed)
- Shift: Monday - Thursday 8a-5p
- Call: N/A
- Scope: Breast Imaging Radiology – Diagnostic Mammograms, diagnostic MRI, breast procedures (must be onsite)
- Volume: Avg per month - 471 screens, 234 diagnostic, 205 Breast US, 9 post op spec reads, 38 stereos, 42 biopsies
- EMR: Cerner. Dragon Dictation. PACs MQ. Equipment: Hologic Dimension units, SecurView Reading Station, Hologic Affirm Stereotactic unit, Brevera Unit, 4 GE LogicQE, Ikonopedia
- Hospital: Level 3 Trauma; connecting outpatient pavilion 2 miles from hospital.
- Group/support: 12 Radiologists, 1 Physician Assistant, 9 Mammo Techs, 2 Navigators, 2 US Techs
- Credentialing: 2-4 weeks!
- Require: BC/BE, Active OH License or IMLC Compact License, MQSA qualified
