Duration: Ongoing (locum tenens coverage)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, on-site only

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only, no call

Practice Setting: Outpatient Breast Center
Practice Scope:
-
High-volume breast imaging (40 patients per shift)
-
Breast biopsies and breast imaging required
-
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging required
-
Must be Board Certified in Radiology

EMR: Epic
Facility Details:
-
Trauma Level II facility
-
Patient population: adult only (no pediatrics)
-
Support staff: 1 RN, 15 office staff
-
No resident or APP supervision required
Requirements:
-
Active Louisiana medical license or IMLC Qualification- IPL will help with Licensure!

Board Certification (Radiology – Breast specialty)
-
Breast Imaging Fellowship (required)
-
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
-
Estimated credentialing: ~120 days

Travel: Nearest airport LFT (Lafayette Regional Airport)

Lodging: Ochsner preferred hotel list and corporate codes available

1–2 providers needed for ongoing coverage
