Opportunity Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: Competitive salary range of $350,000 to $375,000 with approved relocation and recruitment incentives
  • Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP): Yes, up to $40,000 per year for up to 5 years, tax-free

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide interpretations for multimodality diagnostic services with an emphasis on mammographic skills, including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, tomography, as well as ultrasound and stereotactic guided biopsies.
• Participate in educational activities and reviews such as tumor boards and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 Mammography Technicians, 1 RN Mammography Navigator, and 1 Mammogram Diagnostic Radiology Tech Supervisor.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Board Certified in Radiology
• Proficient in multimodality and multi-organ system diagnostics
• Current proficiency in mammography, including diagnostic mammograms, tomography, ultrasound, and biopsies
• Prior experience with MQSA and ACR Mammography Certification

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills

Advanced Diagnostic Skills:
Expertise in interpreting mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRIs.
Proficiency in performing and interpreting various breast imaging techniques, including digital mammography and tomosynthesis.

Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in performing image-guided breast biopsies and other interventional procedures.
Familiarity with the latest imaging technologies and equipment used in breast imaging.

Clinical Judgment:
Ability to make informed medical decisions based on imaging findings.
Strong clinical judgment in diagnosing and managing breast diseases.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Ability to clearly explain imaging results and recommendations to patients.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
