We are seeking an additional 2-4 IPulmonology/ Critical Care providers for hospital employed Intensivist program. Initially to share a schedule with a large group of Hospitalists. 15 shifts per month, with a 7/7 schedule, providing 24/7 coverage for a unit of approximately 46 beds. BE/BC fellowship trained in either pulmonology and/or critical care medicine. Candidates must be able to demonstrate provision of inpatient critical care services to at least 50 patients in past 12 months. Participation in developing protocols and procedures with the goal of patient outcome and excellent care. Able to make decisions with the team for managing the flow of patients both in and out of intensive care units. Physician shall provide care, technical oversight and consultative support to Hospitalists and nursing staff. Nursing staff are highly trained as well as respiratory staff. Guaranteed base with full benefit package is standard.
