Join an established Pulmonary Critical Care practice in western Illinois offering a strong compensation package, excellent benefits, and a built-in regional referral base. Work alongside two experienced physicians with a mix of pulmonary, critical care, and interventional cases, plus the opportunity to grow your practice.
$450K $550K salary plus productivity bonus. 16-bed ICU with pulmonary and critical care responsibilities. Up to 100 interventional cases annually initially, with growth potential. Limited outreach a few days per month to help build your practice. Generous sign-on bonus, up to $15K relocation, and loan repayment. Six weeks PTO, one week CME, and $5K professional allowance. Regional referral center serving 300,000+ residents; community offers affordable living, strong schools, arts and recreation, with access to St. Louis and Chicago.
