SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time
- Flexible Options Available
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION*:
- $275,000 to $500,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience
- Productivity-Based Bonus Structure
- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage
- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance
- STD / LTD / Life Insurance
- 36 Days Paid Time Off
- $3,000 Annual CME Allowance
- 401k w/ 4% Employer Match
*NOTE: this is the full-time package and part-time will be equivalent based on hours.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new pulmonologist / sleep medicine physician will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated, multi-disciplinary outpatient care team.
Physicians are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in comfortable, modern settings. This includes scribes and staff to perform administrative tasks, ensuring physicians are able to focus solely on patient care.
General duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- comprehensive clinic-based pulmonology / sleep medicine care
- diagnose and treat pulmonology / sleep medicine patients
- preventative healthcare
- healthcare maintenance
- work collaboratively with other providers in a multi-disciplinary team
Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled. The organization has affiliations with several local hospitals, for work requiring hospital-level services.
The organization uses the AthenaHealth EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New Jersey medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Pulmonology / Sleep Medicine
