Hourly - $310/hr
Overtime - $460/hr

Day Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Weeknight Call: 4:30 PM-8:00 AM
Provider Is On Call on Days Worked
Weekend Call: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM
Typical Coverage Rotations: Monday-Sunday or Friday-Sunday
