Overview
Join an established Pulmonary/Critical Care practice alongside two experienced physicians within a regional referral health system. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of pulmonary medicine, critical care, and interventional procedures with strong earning potential and long-term growth opportunities.
Practice Details
* Established Pulmonary/Critical Care group with 2 experienced physicians
* Opportunity to perform up to 100 interventional pulmonary cases annually initially, with future growth potential
* Outreach clinics a few days per month to support regional practice development
* Critical care coverage in a 16-bed ICU
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services
* Manage critically ill ICU patients
* Perform interventional pulmonary procedures
* Participate in outreach clinics to expand patient access
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong focus on satisfaction
Practice Environment
* Regional referral center with broad specialty support
* Level II Trauma Center
* Designated Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center
* Collaborative and supportive clinical culture
* Strong operational infrastructure and specialty resources
Qualifications
* Board Certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine
* Board Eligible candidates accepted if recently out of fellowship
* Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
* Strong clinical and procedural skills
* Interest in interventional pulmonary medicine preferred
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $450,000 – $550,000
* Production bonus potential
