Interventional Pulmonology opening in DuBois, PA
Located in DuBois, PA - State College 70 miles, Pittsburgh 100 miles
Full-time; Permanent
Overview:
* Seeking Interventional Pulmonologist (sleep certification preferred, not required)
* Primarily outpatient pulmonary practice with advanced procedural focus
* Perform a full range of interventional pulmonary procedures including: Robotic navigational bronchoscopy, Bronchial thermoplasty, Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), Cryotherapy, airway stenting, and pleurodesis and Thoracentesis and Pleurx catheter placement
* Work in a state-of-the-art bronchoscopy suite with advanced technologies (Galaxy System, Monarch robotic navigation, rapid on-site tissue evaluation)
* Join a comprehensive lung center with strong collaboration across thoracic surgery, medical oncology, and radiation oncology
* Participate in a robust lung cancer screening program
* Access to AASM-accredited sleep lab with home sleep testing capabilities
* Support from ICU services including cardiovascular and neuro trauma units
* EMR: Cerner (inpatient), Centricity (outpatient)
* Call schedule: Pulmonary only, 1:4 rotation
