Job description
Job description
If you’re looking for a pulmonary role that’s more structured and sustainable than the typical hospital-heavy setup, this is one to take a closer look at.
This is a physician-led, multi-specialty group in Connecticut where Pulmonology is built around outpatient care, strong internal referrals, and real clinical support. The goal is to keep your day focused on patient care without getting pulled into unnecessary administrative work.
What the role looks like
How the practice runs
You are stepping into an organized, system-driven environment. Patients are referred internally, so your schedule stays full without needing to build volume from scratch.
Administrative tasks are handled through centralized teams, so you are not managing scheduling, prior auths, or follow-up coordination yourself.
You are also working alongside other specialties in a collaborative setting, which makes patient management more efficient and reduces unnecessary friction.
