Practice Highlights
- 80% outpatient and 15–20% inpatient consults

Team Structure
- 2 Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians
- 2 Nurse Practitioners (including one with extensive pulmonary experience)
- 3 Respiratory Therapists and RN support
- Dedicated clinical teams for each physician

Clinical Overview
Outpatient Pulmonary Care
- Majority outpatient practice (~80%)
- Approximately 20–25 patients per day across clinic and consults
- Mix of new patients (40 minutes) and follow-ups (20 minutes)
- High volume of complex pulmonary cases and abnormal imaging
Inpatient Responsibilities
- Pulmonary and ICU consults only
- Average 1–4 consults per day (up to 8 during peak season)
- Consult-based model with no primary ICU management required
- Flexible workflow to manage consults throughout the day
Procedures
- Dedicated weekly procedure day
- 2–4 procedures per procedure day
- Includes robotic bronchoscopy (Ion platform), chest tubes, and catheter placements
- Opportunity to expand procedural skills with training available
Sleep Medicine
- 4-bed sleep lab with strong and growing demand
- Approximately 12 in-lab sleep studies per week plus home sleep studies
- Approximately 800 new CPAP setups annually
- Embedded CPAP clinic with respiratory therapist support
- Opportunity to grow into a Sleep Medical Director role over time
Compensation and Benefits
- $460,000–$500,000+ base salary for Pulmonary/Critical Care

Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Preferred
- Sleep Medicine certification or strong interest
- Interest in procedures (robotics a plus)
- Desire to be part of a growing program long-term
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
