A well-established, patient-centered pulmonary care organization in the Prescott Valley, Arizona area is actively seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Pulmonologist to join its growing outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality respiratory care in a supportive, technology-enabled clinical environment designed to optimize patient outcomes and streamline practice operations.

Position Highlights

Primarily outpatient pulmonary practice with opportunity for inpatient consults and procedures

Administrative, operational, and billing support provided

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care

Perform inpatient pulmonary consults and related procedures as needed

Maintain an average daily patient volume consistent with practice standards

Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers

Provide clinical oversight to support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with local primary care providers

Participate in innovative, data-driven approaches to chronic respiratory disease management

Qualifications

MD or DO with Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine

Sleep Medicine certification preferred

Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain licensure

Experience mentoring and supervising clinical team members preferred

Interest in integrating technology into patient-centered care models

Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
