- Start Date: 4/15/2026
- Schedule: Tue–Fri, 10-hour days (8:00–6:00)
- Call: None
Practice Setting & Patient Population
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Trauma Level: Adult IV
- Patient Volume: 15–20 pts/day
- Practice Model: Solo physician with APP support for sleep medicine patients
- Setting: Ambulatory clinic with some inpatient consults
- Programs: Accredited pulmonary rehab program
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
- Pulmonology outpatient clinic visits
- Sleep medicine patient care
- Inpatient consults as needed
- Oversight of pulmonary rehab program
