Outpatient Pulmonary Medicine Opportunity – Northern California
A thriving, 50+ physician-led group is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist to join their expanding team in the San Francisco East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento areas. This is a full-time outpatient-only position with no critical care or hospital call, offering excellent work-life balance and strong earning potential.
Position Highlights:
• Join a growing practice with 1 established Pulmonary Medicine and 6 Sleep Medicine physicians
• No inpatient or critical care responsibilities
• Flexible Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
• Supportive, collegial environment with strong administrative infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits:
• Negotiable base salary $300K
• Generous annual production bonuses
