Seeking BC/BE Pulmonary Critical Care Physician
Overview:
* Join an established and collaborative Pulmonary Critical Care practice serving the Quad Cities region
* Work alongside 4 physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners and 2 Physician Assistants
* Blended practice incorporating inpatient pulmonary medicine, critical care and outpatient pulmonary services
* Manage a diverse range of pulmonary and critical care conditions
* Provide ICU coverage, inpatient consultations, pulmonary procedures and outpatient pulmonary care
* Advanced Practice Provider support for inpatient hospital and Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) services
* Dedicated Physician Assistant support for outpatient clinic patients
* Opportunity to expand procedural services and participate in a growing lung cancer screening program
* Access to ION robotic technology for advanced pulmonary procedures
* Shared call responsibilities
* Physician-designed schedule emphasizing work-life balance

* $487,500 guaranteed base salary
* Transition to base salary plus production compensation
