Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Physician

Freeman Health System is seeking two Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians to join our inpatient critical care program at Springdale Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center located in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy managing ICU patients while maintaining a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule.
Position Highlights
- Inpatient Critical Care position
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 10-hour onsite shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Preference for Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship-trained physicians
- 19-bed ICU
- 10 Medical ICU beds
- 9 Surgical ICU beds
- Currently an open ICU model
- Telemedicine coverage and call support after hours
- Work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team with specialty support from:
- Nephrology
- Gastroenterology
- General Surgery
- Interventional Cardiology
- Cardiovascular Surgery
- Infectious Disease
- Tele-Neurology
