Southern Arizona | 70% Outpatient | 16-Bed ICU | Sleep Medicine Option
A growing healthcare organization in Southern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join a busy, established practice.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys a predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice while maintaining an active role in inpatient pulmonary care and critical care. The position offers strong referral volume, dedicated clinical resources, and the option to incorporate Sleep Medicine into the practice.
Position Highlights
- Approximately 70% outpatient pulmonary medicine
- Inpatient pulmonary consults and ICU coverage
- Coverage of a 16-bed ICU
- Established, high-demand practice
- Average volume of approximately 18–24 patients per day
- Shared call schedule designed to support work-life balance
- Dedicated office space and clinical resources
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- Sleep Medicine training welcomed, but not required

Procedures & Clinical Resources
Physicians have access to a broad range of pulmonary diagnostic and procedural capabilities, including:
- Bronchoscopy available onsite
- EBUS available at a nearby affiliated facility
- Robotic bronchoscopy
- Pulmonary Function Testing
- Established onsite Sleep Medicine Lab
- Opportunity to incorporate Sleep Medicine into the practice if desired
