Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician | Clinic + ICU Leadership Role – Southwest MO

A leading integrated healthcare organization in southwest Missouri is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join a well-established department providing both outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care leadership within a high-acuity tertiary care setting.

Position Highlights:

• Dual-role practice in outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care
• Lead and participate in a high-acuity intensivist program within a Level I Trauma Center
• Coverage of a 75+bed adult ICU within a large tertiary care hospital
• Perform advanced procedures including EBUS, airway stenting, APC, and EBES
• Collaborative multidisciplinary critical care and pulmonary team
• Strong institutional support within a large integrated health system
• Opportunity for academic engagement and teaching within a clinical environment

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure
• Strong interest in both outpatient pulmonary and inpatient ICU care
• Procedural competence in advanced pulmonary and critical care interventions
• New graduates with fellowship training encouraged to apply
