Health System Seeking Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician
- Hybrid Pulmonary/Critical Care position with established and collegial team
- Join outpatient pulmonary group consisting of 6 full-time pulmonologists, 1 PRN pulmonologist, and 2 NPs
- Inpatient Pulm/CC service currently staffed by 2 physicians and 2 NPs
- Outpatient pulmonologists rotate inpatient coverage approximately once every 6 weeks
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board at the cancer center
- Strong patient demand with immediate practice growth potential
- Procedures include robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS, and additional advanced pulmonary procedures
Hospital & System Highlights:
- 281-bed nonprofit community hospital
- 30-bed ICU
- Recruiting due to continued growth
- Compensation approximately $550K–$650K
- Extensive referral network with nearly 100 primary care physicians
- Part of an established health system with specialties including cardiology, orthopedics, surgery, primary care, pediatrics, OBGYN, hospice & palliative care, and more
Additional Benefits:
- 3-year employment agreement
- Student loan assistance up to $60,000
- CME: 5 days and $3,500 annually
