We are seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join a hospital-based practice at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass, Texas. • Schedule / Hours: Standard daytime hours with ICU coverage
• Call: Shared call responsibilities
• Patient Volume: Diverse and growing patient population
• Location: Eagle Pass, TX
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based pulmonary and critical care service with modern ICU and pulmonary facilities
• Support / Care Team: Experienced physicians, APPs, nursing, and respiratory therapy support staff
• EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services to inpatient and outpatient populations including diagnosis, management, and treatment of respiratory and critical illnesses
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities efficiently in a hospital setting including ICU management
• Document patient care thoroughly using Cerner EMR system

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Active or eligible for Texas medical license
• Commitment to patient-centered pulmonary and critical care
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
