Opportunity Details:

• Location: Oswego, New York
  
• Position: Pulmonology Critical Care
• Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Schedule & Call:

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: Flexible 10-hour shifts
• Call: No call required

Practice Model & Patient Care:

• New service line addressing an increased need for Pulmonology & Critical Care services
• ICU Coverage: 8 private rooms (typically utilizing 6 rooms with MD supervision)
• 24/7 ICU Telemedicine Services available for support
• Outpatient Care: Includes clinic and Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) lab

Procedures & Cases:

• Consult and manage critical care patients in the ICU
• Preferred experience:
  • Central lines
  • Intubations
  • Thoracentesis
  • Paracentesis
• Collaboration with other service lines when procedural assistance is required

Technology & EMR:

• EMR System: Meditech

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly Competitive Base Salary: $425K
• Sign-On Bonus: $25K
• Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K
• Student Loan Assistance: $30K ($10K per year) if applicable
