This Baltimore regional medical center is seeking to hire a board certified and highly skilled Pulmonary/Critical Care physician who will design and create a robust EBUS program. The new physician will join a well-trained, highly collaborative team within the Pulmonary and Critical Care Divisions and work closely with the largest community cancer center in the region. The center manages many clinical trials – NIH and Industry sponsored, allowing for opportunities to participate in multiple types of research. Opportunities to participate on the tumor board, endoscopy committee as well as establish a nodule clinic. In addition to leading the Bronchoscopy program, the Director will also “attend” in the Critical Care Unit with the opportunity to supervise and teach residents.

  • Cover closed units every 4th weekend, shared with Intensivists
  • Weekend blocks are 8-9 daytime and 3-4 night/Year. Post days off
  • Cover units 2 Weekday night sifts per month
  • On campus clinic and shared with 4 Pulm/CC’s
  • ½ day clinic and ½ day consults available
  • EMR is Epic
  • Brand new cancer center opening in 2025
  • 7 Oncologists on staff
