A long-standing, highly regarded hospital behavioral health program in New York's Capital Region is seeking a full-time Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist. Excellent colleagues, strong practice support and a physician-friendly environment. Available for immediate placement.
Practice Details:
• Outpatient mental health clinic on the hospital campus
• Interdisciplinary team of counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, case managers and NPs
• Call: 1:6 weekends, 1:7 weeknights
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary $318,000–$355,000 based on experience
• $25,000 starting bonus + $30,000 retention bonus
• Productivity and quality incentives
• Health, dental, vision; paid malpractice with tail
• CME time and allowance; PTO
• Two-part retirement plan with match; relocation; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in weekend and weeknight call
Qualifications
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• New York license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA before start
• Clean malpractice preferred
• Permanent role – not open to locums; no visa sponsorship
