Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team within an inpatient hospital located in Grand Forks, ND. The role covers a 24-bed inpatient unit (including a 6 bed adolescent unit) and you can expect ER and general hospital consults for patients of all ages and diagnoses.
The pay range is flexible and starts at $220-$240/hour
*Compensation is a starting point and is open to negotiation based on experience (not all inclusive - additional travel available)*

Job Responsibilities
- Some call included (1-2 nights/7 day shift)
- 24 bed inpatient unit, including a 6 bed adolescent unit
- ER and General hospital consults - telemedicine may be used to connect to general hospital although it is walkable (inpatient unit is directly adjacent to general hospital)
- Working with patients of all ages and diagnoses
- Support staff of typically 1-2 APPs on the team, along with dedicated social work, discharge, and intake staff
Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified in Psychiatry
- Epic experience preferred
- Comfortable in an inpatient setting
- Comfortable with patients of all ages
Working Hours
Shift: 7am-7pm
Call: 1-2 nights per 7 day shift
Duration: January through end of July
