We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team serving adults with mental health and developmental disability needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based, recovery-focused approaches to patient care.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in treatment planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Active DEA registration.
• Board Eligible required; Board Certified preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, diagnosis, and treatment best practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible and patient-centered approach to care.

Compensation & Benefits
